Feathered Wing Tutorial

A lovely watcher of mine asked how I made my wings, and if I had s tutorial. I had one, but it was extremely outdated. Like, from 2013... o.o

So, I made a new one. If you make a picture using my tutorial, I'd love to see it. ^^
